aXbos plus accessories are delivered from one of our European warehouses.

Due to various effects of Covid and/or war events, it is possible that the delivery time of an order will be extended by a few days. The reasons for this are both delays on the part of the logistics companies and the current global goods transport situation. There are also slight delays at/before various general events, such as Christmas, due to a high volume of orders, which - to be honest - can hardly be planned today due to the multitude of economic components and dimensions! As a still very small company, we ask for your understanding in advance. Thank you very much. Nevertheless, we will of course do our best.

In accordance with any current special situation in your country, we kindly ask you to enquire in advance whether the import of watches or alarm clocks into your country is currently not permitted.

In the event of cancellation of your order due to such circumstances, where cancellation by the payment processor is associated with expenses, we reserve the right to charge you for any amounts charged to us. This means that we may refund you the purchase amount reduced by this charge.

The charge is sometimes calculated empirically in advance and may not (yet) correspond to the exact amount deducted. If there is only a small difference, so that this ad amount would be ‘eaten up’ by the transfer charges, it is at our own discretion to make this return transfer or not. We ask for your understanding in advance in order to avoid additional processing costs.

Please note that additional custom tax and/or VAT may be due for deliveries outside of the European Union.
